I have never experienced such kind of a worse stay in any hotel in my life. I have booked this hotel via Goibibo and paid my amount through online payment when I reach this hotel the manager informed me that you have to pay an extra if I need the room as i have already informed him that i needed the room for only a few hours as my flight is in the evening he said to me to pay the money after then he allowed the room for me. There was no complimentary water he said that if you needed water you have to pay and there is no customer support also.If we are coming to room lights are not working in the room only one light was in the room bathroom was not cleaned and worse room in my life.

infrastructure is going on.. we booked 4 rooms and all the room acs are not working properly cooling was so slow and one of them is completely out of cooling... time taken in order placing is too lengthy.. even water bottle came after 20-25 mins.. no adequate parking... no dish connection to tv... one of toilet doesn't have power supply... hotel and furniture in good condition but there maintaince is not propy..

Rooms were fine, but the facilities were not available.like geyser,intercom,towels,soaps,door locks, breakfast was not available. No food facilities. no intercom to reception,you have to go Everytime to desk for service. All remotes were having single set of batteries,u have to switch it between ac ,tv and setupbox. Lots of cost cutting!! cleanness was good and rooms were new.

worst Hotel service. Was no flush in the washroom and tap were also broken. Even they don't gives the Key's for my room, they told 2-3 times that they will drop keys to our room but didn't give so we can't able go out. Also they didn't pick up call for any queries. The worst service i have seen in the hotel ever.

Hii dear Friends Maine iss property mei hotel ki booking create ki thii or inke hotel ke room mei ac bhi work nahi karta hai hotel ka TV bhi kisi room mei bhi work nahi karta hai isliye inke hotel mei book na kare, room mei bhi service worst hai.
