Hotel O Club Residency

Hotel's name was not exibited outside. So passed by twice but could not find out. The room given had several mosquitoes already there. It was not attached toilet and the common toilet was stinking very badly and filthy. Also the bed linen was all soiled and crumbled as if it was used by a few guests earlier. The small sofa kept was having a hole in center. Absolutely useless hotel. Would give zero marks. **** should take immediate action against this hotel and delist it. I checked in and checked out within one hour and I have reciept that I stayed in another hotel for two days. **** should refund my money. I stayed on fourth floor room. Maybe room no 401. Awaiting your reply.

Pleasant stay , good in Service just one thing pinched that we want to extend our stay by 2 days due to requirement but it was denied stating that they have booking and hence we have to move on but when we retried on call for booking than it was said that it available with Rs 300 extra . Such things should not happen , we were also ready to pay extra but as it was denied hence can't help it . Rests things are fine without any issue ☺️

It was a pathetic exprience where Blanket comes after 1.30 hr of checking in in such a cold weather. worst part was that washrooms were not attached which is a basic need when one is looking for a stay in hotel. NOT AT ALL SATISFIED WITH THE STAFF AND SUPPORT SERVICES THIS TIME EVEN AFTER BEING SUCH A LOYAL CUSTOMER.

1- dustbin should be provided by hotel. 2- handwash towel should be there or 2 towel of full size should be there if there 2 guest in one room. 3- hotel should have its name on hoarding board on hotel building. 4-surrounding should be quiet like as corridors/hall are very disturbing. 5- overall nice package 👍🏻👍🏻
