First hotel declined to check in stating either all males or females can stay in the room. I was with my wife and daughter and had aadhar to prove the relationship. Wasted 10 minutes then the statement changed by hotel that we have not received payment so we can't give room. Conference call with customer care and hotel owner for 15 minutes and then finally got check-in. I booked a room so we can get ready for a wedding nearby and then just to sleep for sometime at night so i can work next day. Checked into the room and room was like thisDirty stained linen, big black ants in washroom, water draining from AC and spilling on floor. Was in no mood to fight got ready and left for the wedding. Came back at midnight and got to know that no power so no AC. couldn't sleep entire night and left the room at 5.30 am. Shocked to see the electricity was there in. Nearby houses as i can see outdoor AC units were working. May be the hotel purposely switched power off to save on electricity bill. How can a hotel do that. but then its not hotelThis hotel is not a hotel for families at all.Worst experience of life. I Will neither recommend nor book in life.
