the hotel staff is not cooperative and their behavior is very rude. no dining is available in this hotel still they offer complementary breakfast n serve very poor breakfast. and if u object for all these n amenities, staff rudely say for checkout though we had already paid all by ***. and they are unable to refund... very bad experience...

Room is not ready and had to climb 2 more stairs in the scorching heat as because the room with twin bed was not. Wet towel is what I was offered and upon requesting ,it had been changed. After asking ONLY they gave the soaps..TERRIBLE!!!! No glasses nor spoons were provided.

The hotel can be improved. There is no sign for the hotel. The receptionist is literally sitting near the steps with no room. We had to ask for basic things like towel which should be provided without asking

This is like a boys hostel, service is very poor. Even there is a pet dog of staff person, which roam around the corridor, and bark on guest, which is very uncomfortable and unpleasant thing. No Parking.

Overall experience was good and services was fine. But, intercom doesn't work in any room and television was also not working in my room. Hotel should check these things before giving it to guests.
