SPOT ON Hotel O Kabir Palace

Terrible Experience – Avoid This Place!I had the worst experience at O Kabir Palace. I booked a Classic AC room with breakfast a day in advance , but when I arrived late at night, they said no rooms were available. I was alone and from another state, and instead of helping, they tried to negotiate an extra ₹800 for a so-called "available" AC room, which was in terrible condition and not clean at all.They didn't provide breakfast as promised, and I never received a bill or receipt for the extra amount I paid. To make things worse, they cut off the AC power at 7 AM, and when I questioned them, I was verbally abused. This was a deeply uncomfortable and unprofessional experience.completely failed in delivering even basic hospitality. I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.

This is a very bad hotel. I was made to wait for check-in from 11 PM to 12 AM. The hotel staff was terrible; the boy at the reception was drunk and behaved rudely with me and my family. There were empty beer bottles on every floor. The hotel staff and owner asked me to pay an extra 200 rupees, and when I refused, they said my booking was for a non-AC room. When I showed proof of an AC room booking, they claimed all room ACs were broken. Even after complaining, they didn’t allow me to check in. Because of this, I had to wander with my family until 1-2 AM. Don't Book this hotel

Checkd In on 17th December,they kept me waiting for mora than an hour.Later the issue resolved.Checked out on 19th Afternoon(around 3.45pm). Excellent Room Condition, Bathroom Neat & Clean. Only issue was the bedsheet & the wardrobe was very narrow. Apart from this staff behavior was decent. Thank You 😊😊😊

We paid for breakfast while booking the hotel. But the hotel denied. They said they don’t provide breakfast. But if you pay separately the will bring breakfast lunch dinner for you. Room is so small that there is no space to stand even.
