Basic facilities like towel, bedsheet, soap are not provided. No drinking water. No set top box so tv will not work. Room was full of bed bugs and cockroaches. Room and bathroom are not clean and mosquito problem. It's shown that rooms have AC but there was only one old noisy ceiling fan was present. Not worth for the money. No room service available. Overall worst experience.

they didn't picked my call neither customer care help me to check-in. I couldn't checked in to the hotel. and they didn't refund my money back. after calling to the people they cut the calls.
