1- on the reception it was told to me that its not that good.2. Receptionist told me i have to pay 100rs GST as its not included3. I booked AC delux room and ac was not working even not repairable 4. Table was broken in room5. Bucket was messed with brown skies 6. Blanket was too hard not good to cover up 7. Staffs were rude not customer centricSorry to say i checked in and kept my luggage and moved outthey are too worst.

No cleaning and at time of booking photos of hotel are different and provided different hotel please do not book this hotel they told this booking is from Oyo so they did not give a room in hotel as per photo in they provided different hotel at a different location and also charge extranot recommended for family

good location,nice stay at hotel rak international, location was too good.hotel is under budget price, staff behaviour was good, manager Arjun is good person he treated with us in good manner

the hotel denied check in first... then we had fight back to get it from customer support. the hotel is running under different name. rooms are ok

third grade property don't go there guys.unprofessional staff. dirty rooms ac not in working condition. at last very bad experience.
