Anyone who is trying to book this hotel, pls read first- 1. At first the person at reception denied to give us any room, when we told them that it’s been already paid, they gave us rooms after almost wasting 30-45 min 2. They took our ID card and give us excuse that their scanner is not working, they gave us back only at the time of check out. 3. There was no lock in the bathroom, I’ve uploaded the pic 4. The person at reception was very rude and actually abused us There are so many reasons which are enough to give this hotel 0 star, unfortunately that is not an option.

the hotel is at a nice place with all facilities available nearby. The rooms are big and nice. geysers and other accessories worked fine. the caretaking person is very well behaved and helpful too. overall a nice and clean property.

hotel was good, location as per my requirement is ok. room was clean, bathroom also clean, the big problem is they are not professional it's like homestay. no towel no toiletries & no soap in bathroom. as per budget good
