hotel room is good..I was told that cook has gone so can not serve tea or food...I had argument with the mngmt. was there without food service for 5 days... what I understood that it was disgraceful on owners part .. management simply works under him...owner was not professional at all ..that's what costed me dearly ..I feel I was unlucky during my stay on those dates...very bad experience except room ...

Worst experience. I'll never recommend this hotel as my experience was very bad. There were insects and pests everywhere in the room. The blanket was stinking and the guizer wasn't functioning. Also the bed was not clean. When i requested to change the blanket they refused and said that they don't have extra blankets. Never visit this hotel

this time my stay was not so good at this hotel, reception boy had wasted our time to know about the authentication of the Govt ID provided by us for check in purpose. He was not agree to give the room becoz of his lack of knowledge about The variety of ID proof. when we approach to SP Varanasi then he realized his apologies for us.

the hotel doesn't allow visitors, so if you are planning to have a meeting or something here, think again. other than this they dont allow swiggy/zomato to deliver on this property and want you to buy their food, so if its ok for you, have a booking here, otherwise reconsider.

I reached early at 8 am today & asked at counter to give me some room to get fresh & later on at 11 am at sheduled time they can officially check in. They hv refused to do so even they r having vacant room. Later on gave me room by charging 199/- additionally.

there is privacy issue . there are glasses inbuilt alongwith door and bathroom . if u does not take notice of it and pull curtain carefully , ur privacy may comprised . i didnt understand why they kept glasses on door . it is not usual .

Hotel has good ambience and though rooms without any window..still food and service is awsome. Must stay, staff owner all are helping and good behaved. Good for family and friends.

Pathetic hotel service with no water complimentry and adding extra amount in name of food which we havent ordered. one door is not locking and asking to shift the luggage.
