Though the rooms are spacious the air-conditioning was not effective, and the bathroom was smelling badly , towels were torn ( Lucky we had carried ours). Service was good and good is very normal. As the construction is on nothing much for kids to play and lawn is small and dirty need maintenance

The service is overall the worst not a 3 star kind of hotel it is below average hotel, food quality was very bad, rooms are not good and not clean overall bad experience with this resort

Horrible. Very poor service. No communication at all. Used shaving kits were provided to us. No infrastructure. Very poor maintenance. No value for money. Pathetic.
