A PLACE WITH VALUE FOR MONEY. AWESOME LOCATION - near to Dehradun tourist spots and near Mussoorie too. You will enjoy star hotel facilities in this HOMESTAY and VERY REASONABLY PRICED. Though we pay so much at 5 star hotels but there is no soul. This home stay is like a RESORT LIVING with lots of open space to enjoy together, not like close rooms of hotels. Here The Host Couple MR. Sandeep and MRS. Swati Sharma are extremely Hospitable and warmly Welcome the Guests. They make sure the guests are comfortable and so is the staff, very helpful and takes care of small demands of guests. The food is Hygienic, home cooked and delicious, one can easily feel the FRESHNESS of food. A MUST VISIT PLACE at least once, we are surely coming again for few days with a larger group. It’s A WONDERFUL UNIQUE PLACE to stay, to visit Mussoorie and Dehradun also just 1 hr. drive to Haridwar Rishikesh. One of the BEST PLACE I have ever seen and been to, as I love traveling and travel a lot.

It was our first trip to Dehradun and since we were travelling with our pet, we needed a place that was comfortable not only for us, but also for our pet. Fortunately for us, we found a place that was warm, hospitable and extremely accommodating. The staff was very courteous and took care of all our needs, not to mention, looking into all possible details to make our stay a wonderful one. The food was homely and hygenic. Moreover, care was taken to prepare food for our pet and that really helped us a great deal. Going forward, we would definitely stay here every time we visit Dehradun and recommend it to people we know and also to those who are traveling with their pet. A must visit for those who are looking for a place that helps them unwind, not to forget the scenic and panoramic view of the Mussorie Hills from the retreat.

Serene and nice place! side views and weather adds to it! Little remote hence high cab charges ,so better to do local van. Went for the solo trip and it was totally worth it .safe secure and homely! Home cooked tasty food. The owner uncle and aunty are very nice and staff especially annu and rajesh bhaiya helpful ppl. Good for the people looking for peace of mind and solitude. would love to visit again.

The owner Swati Mam & Sandeep Sir are well educated & amiable. Feels like a home away from home. Freshly cooked home food is served at a very reasonable price. We forgot our iPad but received it eventually. If you want to enjoy nature, this place is a must stay. Admist of all the places you want to visit, Be it : Guchuupaani, Sahastradhara, FIR, Malsi deer park.

Hotel is 17-20km away from Dehradoon city. very Poor Transportation facility, Village area, Hotel Person is hiding many things .... Don't stay in this hotel.
