Hotel Palm Pacific

Very bad experience. The only thing good was the rooms, they were spacious and clean. Rest, this hotel doesn't provide any room service.. you have to walk till the entry to get any of the food. Also, we had breakfast included with the room and for some reason, we had to leave the hotel early till 7.30 in the morning and we asked the receptionist if we could get the breakfast early as their breakfast starts at 8 according to them. He said that all the staff comes around 7-7.15 then only we could arrange something. In the morning, we waited till 7.30 and there wasn't any staff who could just give us tea or coffee at least. We had to leave without having anything. Then, first of all, the breakfast wasn't ready till 9 am , we had to tell them that please make breakfast. Then, there were only three items in the buffet namely poha, parantha, and veg sandwich. The taste of parantha was okish and the rest of the food was pathetic. Other than these there were no other items, no juice, no bread, no fruits... nothing. If you are charging the cost of a 4- star luxury hotel then these are the bare min things that should have been provided. Also, my checkout timing as shown on the app was 11 am but the receptionist called me at 9.45 am only to say that you have to checkout at 10 am. When I told him that the timing is 11 am he wasn't ready to understand then somehow he understood but then also exactly at 10.45 am he called me up again that you have to checkout. It seemed like they were only wanting us to leave the room asap. According to all what they have written on Google and what price they charge, it wasn't at all worth it. The service, management, food everything was just so bad. Although the kitchen staff was polite. It is only the fault of the owner who doesn't care about his property and its service and management. Never ever staying or recommending this hotel to anyone. The food, management and service.

Worst Experience. Electricity power gone 3 times in just 3 hours and that to for 20 - 20 minutes everytime. and after complaining to the reception these people gave me silly reasons that it's raining so our person cannot go till generator to switch it on. and then asked me to check out if I have problem. Good property but equally Worst Service. No immediate power backup. Food was also just Ok.

Very clean rooms, staff is good. Mr. Aayush, who sits at reception was very helpful and supportive. He even arranged transport for us early in the morning. Don't worry about anything food, transport, amenities, rooms, everything is perfect here. Don't think twice before staying here:)

The rooms are quite good but thier are frequent power cuts , the food is very expensive and not upto the price mark and the room service is very bad , they delay anything that we asked . Also the insides of the bed sheets and the blanket were very dirty.
