Very poor on amenities not even electric kettle in room, Room cleanliness is also a concern, overall not a value for money hotel.

the behaviour of staff was very rude and they didn't co-operate with us, they have strict checkin timing even if they have rooms but they didn't allow us to get into rooms even before 1 hours and they charged us 500 per room extra for check in early. and the condition of rooms are so pathetic, paint of wall is getting torned out, washroom fittings are not functional, room are smelly with heavy moisture on walls and bed. rooms doesn't look like what they. worst experience. i will not recommend anyone to stay in that hotel.

Cleaning in the hotel is not what it should be, AC. Not working and the location is also in the back of the temple. So you have to walk a lot to go to the temple. Food quality needs to be improved.

Big rooms, good service, family hotel. lift and parking available. lenin not very clean. bathroom also not clean, just satisfactory. needs plumbing work. rooms size good if your are with kids. Almira or wardrobe not available. ver near to Dwarkadhish temple, you can walk down to temple. restaurants nearby. conveyance available.

Don't recommend this hotel to any one room service not proper and staff also not cooperate with us. Even don't have any power backup and Tea service. staff behavior is rudely. Bathroom is not proper

Totally waste of money!!! Room landline phone is not working...so if i want to request for something then i have to go reception.. Bathroom is not so clean.. There no any tv channel subscription .tv is only for show piece.. Totally disappointed for this hotel...

Worst hotel ever chosen..Bathroom / Toilet pot was hell to use.. no proper drainage in bathroom. Bathroom floor was nothing just a plastic floor. Rooms floor were not at all clean. please don't choose this hotel just for sake of walking distance for Dwarka temple.

Good value for money. Very close to dwarka mandir at walking distance. Too close to main market. Very nice rooms and nice staff Very safe place for family with very nice rooms. Can walk down to dwarka mandir and market.
