our stay was at best average at this hotel. the room which they provided to us after check in was lacking in cleanliness. moreover it did not match the images. so we asked it to be changed and they shifted us to a supposedly better room with balcony. the first day then went off fine. but on second day of our stay we faced a major issue as there was no water in the bathroom. we had to wait for an hour before it could be sorted out. even after that we did not get any hot water from the hot water tap and had to take bath in another room.this resulted in missing out on some important sites like bee falls for which we had purchased entry tickets from the museum. TV also was worthless and only one free channel was available. on the positive side the room was quite spacious and airy. breakfast also was fresh and provided at a reasonable rate. the furniture in our room seemed old and plaster peeled off from the wall in some places. most of the staff lacked professionalism.Pros:- room size, locationCons:- unprofessional staff,lack of cleanliness

There is no wifi available in the room, it's only available at the reception, I am charged for unnecessary. Staff don't understand privacy they peek through the door and if it's unlocked they came straight in. Rooms are not cleaned there are mushrooms below the furniture (bed, couch). Very unhygienic.

The hotel appears to be okay from outside.Interior is dirty, with even broken door handle. Even small dining space is poorly maintained.BUT MY ROOM WAS GOOD AND SBut my room was large,good and sunny.Poor facilities, But room service guys were great. Ready to help.

there was no hot shower, geyser was not working properly. Tapes were old having water dripping because of which bathroom was always wet and cold.
