we booked three rooms in pragti palace from 26/12/24 to 27/12/24.and i must say it was an awesome stay. rooms are spacious, near n clean. mattresses are very comfortable and sufficient in size. staff are very cooperative and room services were very quick n responsive. easily reachable. the location is very nice. one can stay here comfortably and make his/her trip memorable.

it is a nice play to stay here in posch Mathura..Hotel has met the expectations of ours..food was tasty..The hotel staff served us well..In budget of a person..posch location of Mathura(1 km from Shri Krishna Janambhumi temple and 300 metres from bus stop.

Friendly and personal service The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again.

I would strongly advise against visiting this hotel. The staff demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism, both in their communication and their treatment of customers. It was, without a doubt, the worst experience I have ever had.
