We Arrived at the Hotel and we were greeted properly. However as it was raining outside we could not go anywhere, so we had to pass our time in the hotel. as shown in the picture we were excited to play some games or go into the pool. It was an utter disappointment, The Fus Ball Table is for name sake it is too small and it was all broken, Then tried to check out the Air Hockey Table.. it was also worn out and not at all in good condition.. Then we tried to see if the carrom board was ok, it was as well in a bad condition we were really getting so frustrated that we could not stop from asking it to the care taker as well that why all this is not repaired or taken care of.. he said that we are going to change it..but when he said he doesn't have any idea.. All these games shown in the picture and in reality are not the same at all they are very small in size.. Finally we tried to check the swimming pool was not good enough.. Again it was too small and 4 feet in depth and was not clean.. We wasted our money not Recommended at all to anyone.. I was really really very agitated frustrated and helpless at this Hotel...

I had a really bad experience during my recent stay at Prathamesh Holiday Homes 2. First of all, guests with cars found it inconvenient as there was nowhere suitable to park. The room also smelled strongly, which made the stay uncomfortable. The lack of a TV in the room made things even more uncomfortable by denying visitors access to simple satisfaction. Both in the dining area and in the rooms, the service was indifferent and lacking in professionalism. In general, the cost was not justified by the experience. Metropolises and other cosmopolitan places can have far better hotels available for the same price range.

During my recent stay, the food at this hotel surpassed expectations, and the commitment to hygiene was evident in the consistently clean rooms. The staff was cooperative, and daily room cleaning contributed to a positive experience. However, the small room locks were a minor inconvenience. On a positive note, the proximity of the beach within walking distance added to the overall appeal. Unfortunately, the non-functional wifi and poor mobile network were notable downsides. On a brighter side, I felt secure with my partner, and the ample parking space provided convenience during our stay.

It was a wonderful stay at the resort. - Big size rooms and Bathrooms - Bathrooms were very neat and clean - 2 parking spaces - Scenic view garden - A pool for both adults and kids - Many indoor and outdoor games - Multiple (Separate) Wi-Fi for indoors and outdoors - Restaurant with all options for veg/non-veg - The beach is just 1km and at 10 min walking distance - Pure Veg restaurant just 900 mtr - So many veg/non-veg restaurants within 1km
