Hotel and rooms are well built, neat and clean. Have all the basic amenities that can be expected of a budget hotel. I would definitely recommend it. This hotel being located 500m off the main road is very peaceful yet at a walking distance to all the restaurants and supermarkets. IIM, Fortis and Apollo, all these are at a max. 10mins of walking distance from this place. What I got - Two single beds, one study table, one big cupboard, a sink, geyser, air conditioner, TV, toiletries One free water bottle One important thing to note is that there is no in-house catering (neither buffet nor in-room service of food); no free or paid breakfast or dinner service. You have manage any kind of food on your own. There is no laundry service as well. But on request they allowed me to use their washing machine placed on the terrace. Staff has been polite, helpful and cooperative.

Rainbow Service Apartment is best value for Money accommodation, with better amenities & service quality. It's located in quite & comfortable place providing us hassle-free stay. My stay at Rainbow Service Apartment made me feel that I'm at my Home, might be the apartment-style environment & amenities inside made me feel so. The management are very respectful & understanding. A very hygienically maintained apartment . Plus point it has kitchen overall feels like home . They consider and try to provide everything . Easy and helpful place to live in . It is a well located place nearby supermarket hospital commercial area restaurants are in walkable distance . They have their own vehicle for any emergency which is a plus point . Free wifi all the time and lift and generator back up . It is really cheap and beautiful .

It's not as spacious as it is shown in the pics, only one or two 1bhk apartments are present with a separate living room bedroom & kitchen, all other rooms are very small & but claustrophobic. If you need a spacious service apartment then before booking call them & ask for a 1BHK, coz booking an apartment with kitchen doesn't get you a spacious one, instead you get a claustrophobic room having kitchen bed & tv all in the same place & a toilet.

The property is located in close proximity to IIM Bangalore, and mainly occupied by by-standers of patients admitted in Fortis hospital. The rooms and clean and decent. The surrounding is calm. The biggest drawback is that they does not provide any sort of food even on request. Not even a tea. If you could find your own refreshments at any point of day and night, one can opt to stay here.

Rainbow service apartment are really the best place i stayed so far. Nice and clean room, kitchen and washing machine, everything you need they provide. Good environment, easy to go everywhere and the best place is they have beautiful terrace where you can relax and have coffee .

this is a nice place to stay with family as well as to bring patients to fortis and appolo hospital. they even have free transport to and fro from the appartment and hospital. rooms are kept clean and the staff are very helpful.

Rooms were clean and ventilated. luggage keeping facility was good. staff was friendly though service was a bit slow. how many water bottles per day per room was not clear. over all it was good experience.

Office staff was not available to even get our id copied. Other than 1 lt complementary Drinking water bottle, they denied drinking water for customers.

It is good stay for 2 or 3 days. Prices are costly just for accommodation. Rooms are neat. Staff are polite. Security is good.
