We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Rama Golden Root for almost 10 days. The hotel is exceptionally neat and clean, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing experience. The staff members are incredibly cooperative and helpful, always ready to assist with a warm and welcoming attitude. Our stay at Rama Golden Roots was a perfect value for money.Large & clean toilet with posh accessories was a very nice experience. The room was neat & clean. It's not too large but goes for two of us. The common drawing cum dining was also well maintained, very convenient fir breakfast.Overall, I rate 9.5/10.0.5 I took out for a long time taken for bill preparing.

This hotel is even better than 5 star hotels. I never had such a good experience in any hotel in kolkata. The staff behaviour and food everything is very good. I have been upgraded to a super deluxe room without charging a single rupee. Exceptional hotel and comfortable stay and the best staff behaviour ever.

Perfect place for a stay in Kolkata. Away from the city hustle and bustle, safe, easily accessible to cab, auto and city bus. The room was clean, the bed was comfy and the staff were cooperative. So, next time you are in Kolkata, consider this hotel without any second thoughts.
