Ramsons Luxo | Entire Service Apartment

It seemed to a very good service appartment, however when we visited the place we were informed that the swimming pool was non operational due to which we had to cancel the booking and book an another place in a very short time. I can share my experience from an hour we spent at the appartment. The rooms were clean with a nice balcony on both the sides of living room but the toilets were not that clean and AC was also not serviced as the room never cooled in 1-2 hrs. Its good that they have 2 bed rooms with a seperate living room as everyone can be together, however we were disappointed with the maintenance of the appartment.

Spacious rooms and Kurjeet (resort manager) was very helpful and paid attention to all issues attentively and acted on it too. However, Geyser and Lifts not working Kettle water heater was not available Induction Cups Vessels we’re upon request Pillow covers were not clean - we asked to change it twice to get convinced it was clean - even the comforter was not clean Mosquito repellent not provided as insects and mosquitoes were there TV not working Wi-Fi was installed upon request

One of the best hotel stay experience I had. Mr Krutesh is hotel incharge. Very polite, attentive and well behaved staff I experience. you will get 2bhk apartments with all facility. then what else you will get better than this. clean hotel , swimming pool is also very nice. I must recommend for a group, company and event kind of things this hotel is strongly recommend from my side. will love to stay again. I came with my family and family enjoyed too.

Best service Apartment and Best Hospitality , 2 spacious Bedroom with 1 large Hall of 15 ft by 14 ft.. added fully furnished kitchen with all needed Ammedities , Swimming Pool just adjoining and just 24 min from Baga beach..... 24 hrs accessible and no restrictions.. I highly recommend , 100℅ value for money and best place to stay in GOA
