Worst stay. Reception staff seems arrogant and unwelcoming. Room was very small. I booked larger rooms they provided me smaller. I requested charger but neither owner nor staff listened to me. Staff was uncaring and misbehave.. They have no intension to help the guest. Only they are selfish. 30 Rs charged for 20 rs bottle and that too was not cold. Food was very costly. Lift was not working. We have to go by stairs on 3rd floor. They often turn AC off from reception at 4AM Till checkout. Their was no air in the fan and it was making sound. Also bed was not comfortable. Their Was boundary of thread which got pin in my body and legs.

we booked a hotel red stone for emergency checked in at 12 am at night ....hotel room was ok but ac was not working at all . regulator was not working . while booking room it showed as breakfast included but hotel incharge completely denied. behavious of staff was horrible not at all helpful. . i want my refund for this stay ...never had such horrible experience by ibibo

This is a decent hotel to spend one night if you’re on a budget. Staff were polite and friendly .
