We enjoyed our stay at reflections , it's built tastefully with a lot of plants and a great lake view. The room n bathroom is clean. Got hot water once a day, Thomson was helpful. The place is close to the main shopping areas and sight seeing places. You can make sure to check for a package with or without breakfast.There are limited facilities, no frills, but all worth for the price charged. Just a small issue of hot water is from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM

The Guest house is at a superb location, very near to the center of town. It is well maintained and all staff including Prabhu deserve a special mention for their prompt service and hospitality. Very clean and airy rooms and the view is just awesome. The area of improvement can be more options in terms of food and beverages being made available within the guest house. Would become a complete package if that is provided for!

We stayed here for 7 nights and had a great stay. We worked from hills and guest house has decent Wi-Fi network, nice clean room and washroom. Thomson is available on just a dial to get required things. This is exactly opposite to Ooty lake and near to Udagmandalam Railway station and Bus Stop. They have nice setup like bean bags, chairs, benches, small garden to enjoy at Night and Day time outside.

Perfect budget home stay.. Stayed with family and I must say this place is worth the money.. If you're looking to get away from the city hustle and relax in an affordable place, this is where you should be.. Neat Small rooms.. Managed by really warm people..

the experience was great but could have been excellent if there was hot water for the whole day instead of which they have kept only from 7:30am - 9am.so yes if hot water the whole day then the stay would be excellent because it is really very cold there 🫠

Really awesome location, wonderful maintenance without any kind of disturbances. Rooms are good. Very near to bus station, railway station, boating Lake etc. It's really a decent accommodation in budget

It's near Ooty lake. And it's a home away from home. Bed, bathroom and room are clean. For food, have to walk nearby.
