Against full payment i booked this hotel on 28th May, got confirmation Booking mail respectively. While at the time of check in on 30th May got surprise call occupancy is full and will make your arrangements in alternate hotel. Is this professional way to do business ??? Against my booking of hotel at market place I got so called offer to choose "only one" hotel located 10km away from city/ market place. Got shocked with such type Service. I was searching Zero rating options ..but didn't get that. In totalltilty worst experience with this site.

not recommended this hotel. tv , ac not working changed 2 room and after many complain and 2 time 30min time waste tv and ac finally start. they are not profesional at hotel and services. hot water only at 7am to 9am. i checkout early so I asked for hot water as weather is cooled at there 17 degree . but they said hot water only at 7 to 9 am.

The Hotel is in the main Market. Plenty of food options available in the market. The taxi stand is nearby. The bus stand is just a 2 mnt walk. Hotel is right next to Dominos and CCD. Service quality was superb. The room was cleaned every morning. The staff notified us for limited warm water supply every morning which was kind of irritating. Food is available till 10:30 in the night and it was great. Misal pav is a must try for breakfast. food prices are similar to other places as they are in every tourist locations. No alcohol available. Averagely priced.

I have booked this hotel two three days before Check in and even hotel representative called us to make confirm that whether we are coming on check in date or not, and surprisingly at the time of check in day they did not provide us the room in their hotel and shifted us in the another hotel saying it's is our hotel only. But wen we lookedand enter into the rooms, really felt bad why we choose this hotel. As I did not have option at that moment so decided to spent one night anyways this time but never again at all.

I had a good time here, very nice location just behind d bus stand & near to market. hotel foods quality is very good compare to other nearby hotels, staff & service is good , windows view is very bad.

Room was quite nice with a good location. they have a unique glass partition with a drawdown curtain which intrigued my little one. Couple of negatives - they have a bell switch instead of a phone for room services. didn't realize when my kid rang it without our knowledge and they seemed pretty upset about it. It was quite noisy even after market closed and we could hear d hotel staff even past midnight.

Its very difficult to get good hotel in Mahabaleshwar in short notice. Our regular Hotel was sold out. Thats why we opted for Hotel Sai Yash based on general review & Central location. For a great family this hotel is even better . The most important thing is that no matter how much it rains, no matter how bad the weather is, the light never goes off because the hotel has generator facilities . More importantly... there is a restaurant just below the hotel where you can order anything and the food quality is great .All the staff are also very helpful .Even children can enjoy themselves as the monkeys live around the hotel .

Nice location. Hotel is in the middle of market. I must suggest to stay. Room is very small but managed very well. Food quality superb and staffs are very helpful & Kind. If you travel via person car pls make sure hotel is in the middle of market hence have to use gov parking space, where charges were incurred. But it’s also opposite to hotel. Overall decent stay and best time is shopping in market & we are at market place.

Loved to explore the market bvz hotel is in market. I loved everything abt this hotel. Also 1 min walking from mahabaleshwar bus stand. Food is also good.
