Positives: - Right in the heart of mall road. Wont get a better location than this in all of Mussoorie to stay if you're a traveller - Courteous and helpful staff. Meet Jaikant Shikre Ji here. He's polite, witty and ever smiling. - Restraunt opens till 12AM and has the maximum footfall in late hours. PS their outdoor seating with music while sitting at the edge of mall road is an experience worth cherishing - All best eateries to eat are on the Picture palace side of mall road. Which is the same side as this hotel - Gunhill view point is very close Negatives: - Hotel infrastructure is not well maintained (Walls are a little patchy, low wifi connectivity in my room, all rooms do not have balconies, room cleaning is not on point) - They serve late breakfast. Its a daily spiritual act - If one needs own vehicle parking its not a recommend hotel. You'll need to pay Rs 100 for every visit in and out of Mall Road for private vehicles, For commercial vehicles it's strictly not allowed on mall road - Food served is basic (not exotic) in taste. Better options available nearby Overall it's been a very fine experience. I'd definitely visit here again if it ever strikes again

Pros: Hotel is located on the mall road, Location is 200-250 meters away from picture palace taxi stand. Staff is courteous and well behaved. Cons: Rooms without balcony are small and have no proper ventillation so it was a bit smelly and suffocated when we entered so asked for room freshener, staff did the job as requested. Hand towel stand. and exhaust are not there in the bathrooms , should be there Food was really bad, we regret ordering from the restaurant. Service is sluggish and food is oily and bland.

Less than average stay with Sandoz Mussorie. Not a hotel standard they were able to maintain during my stay. Not proper cleaning, breakfast menu was same for continuously 3 days. Staff was not too proactive. Good part was balcony and you can enjoy mall road from your balcony and food was okay. Toilet seat was broken

Nice hotel at nice place. Staff are Cooprarive but laundry service not good. Lift is under construction hopefully it will be in working condition within a week. Breakfast had various varieties with good taste. Parking not available with hotel due to construction/Repair work on mall road. Nothing special

food is good..but cleanliness is not upto mark...also they booked room with breakfast bt they denied to provide it before 10 am even if you had to checkout early they dnt provide anything. all big hotels start breakfast as early as 8am. this is the worst practice by hotel.

Our Hotel experience was excellent they gave room even before check in time ,although our breakfast was for the next morning they gave breakfast even before check in, on our request as next day we were suppose to checkout very early. OVER all GREAT EXPERIENCE .

Apart from missing some basic facilities like bathroom mat, sleeper call service hotel is good for family stay at prime location. I think this hotel deserve 3 star rating because 4 star hotel service are missing. overall services are good

1) Room was good. 2) Location was apt. 3) Breakfast items were very less.Only oily items were served.No coffee, No juices. 4) Bathrooms were not well maintained. 5) The staff was very well behaved and humble.

Hotel is located right at the Mall road and the best part is the accessibility to good food. The only problem which I faced was extra charges for the parking and vehicle entry charges at the mall road.

Breakfast was too late but staff was very supportive. Car parking not available in the hotel but the manager arranged parking adjacent to the hotel for 500 INR per day.
