Hotel was veeryyy unclean, specifically the bathroom. Next is the food quality was tooo much poor. We ordered our foor only for dinner,after that we take our food from outside. Staying in this hotel was a hell, taps doesnt work, water stops suddenly, food was in a dirty plates, Order a food item, but served us with different items, If someone have a very low budget den go for this hotel, orelse add some 200 more to get a luxury stay.

Pros: 1-hotel location is just next to taxi stand, this made us easier to get taxi next day. 2- Staff is good 3- rates are reasonable 4- I like the view from hotel Cons: 1-rooms are average. 2-There is not much variety of dish in restaurant (but there are many restaurant nearby) 3-Semi-delux rooms are small (okay for 2-3 people) 4-Bathrooms can be improved

I am visting almora from last 3 years for business purpose, and staying in hotel shelesh. this time room costed me half amount after booking from goibibo. I think for this price this is best hotel for service people. this place is like another home for me. thanks to goibibo for providing this offer.

My experience in this hotel average. Room was good, but there was a shortage of water. Washroom was also not clean. Room service was pathetic. Manager was very helpful but the room service boy were not. It was an ok ok experience.

It is a very nice hotel with comfort in the hilly area. Room are clean and beautifully managed by the Managing Staff . Last but not the least the owner Mr. Nikhil Gupta makes everyone feel at home in his hotel

Worst .. not even a hotel .. never book this .. no water no cleaniness .. like a mudhole in there and blankets are never been washed.. white blankets looked like black blankets

very bad service. dirty rooms , bathrooms. We leave hotel after leaving 3 hours due to dirty rooms and uncleanness .
