This was an awesome experience to stay in Shimla heritage with my family. The cleanliness and hygiene conditions of hotel is superb.The support and guidance of management for the planning of Delhi Darshan is really appreciable. They always help us out of the way.The staff is well trained and well mannered. The quality of service to their customers is extremely good. I would always prefer to stay in Shimla Heritage during my all the trips to Delhi.

i was really contented by the stay on which i was given.... the hopitality given by the staff and the team was very pleasent and outstanding ... i loved the breakfast which they provided me and at akst i will conclude by saying that it is a perfect pack for family and couple privacy was outstanding.

I stayed here for 3 nights with my family and found the hotel is good for family. The staff here knows to serve with smile and ready to help us every time. The Food is also very tasty and fresh. The family Room is having a Double bed and a Sofa-cum-bed, which is very helpful.

Hotel is good and safe, room and bathroom is clean. hot water supply is there but not 24×7 they should have geyser in bathrooms. Rest everything is good.
