Simply wow, I'm impressed with the hospitality of Shivalik and the best part is whole staff was on their knees during my stay. I was welcomed by upgrading my room from Super deluxe to Premium, I was really surprised, I got pair of room slipers, a fridge, a bottle of water, coffe and tea ingredients, a big room with a perfect valley view balcony. Room was big, washroom was luxury with all the important amenities. Room service was quick, staffs were well trained. Terrace was super scenic and restaurant at 4th floor with hill view was soo good. I loved they offered us Cab service to visit Kasauli and nearby areas which was affordable and super secure. I met the owner and he was coolest person I've met in a while, Mr Garg is a great personality. Overall nothing to complain and everything to remember for my whole life.

It was a Great experience at Shivalik wonderful property to stay with family and friends.The food was awesome, a lot of space for kids to play their games and also a lot of other families were staying at the property. My kids had the greatest time. Peaceful atmosphere. Great Staff and very good service. Kids Gaming zone

The location of the hotel was very apt. I stayed with a group of friends and were upgraded to super deluxe by the staff free of cost. The view of the valley from the room's balcony is breathtaking !! The rooms and washrooms are spacious, clean and staff is willing to adjust to any urgent demands. Will visit again.
