Ibibo does not contact this hotel directly. People are booked through some agency so when they forget to inform the hotel of the booking its really big trouble for travellers. I found it the hard way. Contact the hotel before u travel and confirm ur reservation. They don't have a kitchen so they don't serve food. Rooms are just good enough to stay for a night. Most of the occupants of the hotel are pilgrims. So every thing about the hotel is designed for them . Your are required to pay for hot water to tea and water as well when ever you need . All u get is the room and the bed. The rooms areb small. Idea of room service is alien to this hotel If your are looking for a hotel experience this is not a place for u . But if u want a place to stay which is near to the station then this is the best place

I got very good deal by Goibibio in peak season of year ending 2015. I stay for sort duration, 1 night only. Hotel room was very good, & clean. staff was very supportive. hotel was very good in this peak season with affordable rates. hotel little bit far away from Temple, but as I have taxi which hired from somnath to Dwarka, so distance is not problem, we reached Dwarkadhish Temple in less then 5 min drive.

The location of the hotel is good. The only issue is with cleanliness - there is great scope of improvement. The bedsheet was dirty and was cleaned only on asking. Also, at least towel can be provided even in non-AC rooms - that is basic.

Stayed very comfortably. They provided a service that was up to the mark. Location is comfortable to reach. Rooms were good and maintained. Overall it was a good stay with this hotel. Good hotel for the value i paid for it.
