The rooms were clean. Linen was clean. Tv was absent. Ober or Ola dont reach that place. Its not close to ASSI Ghat as claimed. No free drinking water. Its more of a homestay rather than a hotel. Apart from residency's restaurant at 2nd floor, the next one is more than a KM away. Apart from hotel itself, rest everything is pretty distant. Hotel owner and staff was very friendly. If you want to stay away from hustle-bustle, and prefer to stay indoors mostly, this is great. My family consisted of my Sr citizen parents and my wife. Walking for 50 steps and then catch a cab or auto during summer was really not desirable. The location and amenities around the place was really scarce and uncomfortable compared to the price paid for it. Although the vicinity is not within the control of hotel auth, still as a customer I wouldn't have opted for it if I was aware of this.

Services were all good. Rooms were fine to stay. Food was ok, but it was a little bit costly. The owner was available there, he was nice. Location wise it was fine, but difficult to reach as it was in a very interior area.

very worst experience from this hotel no room service no drinking water facelty if you want water you will be purchased from this with over mrp rate rooms is so small over all very bad experience.
