This hotel is not worth Rs. Ideally we shouldn't pay more than 600-800 Rs for this hotel.The room had water shippage. The wall was wet. Washroom had water leakage from the roof. Also washroom was not clean. The bed was not clean. Though they provided a clean towel and a soap. I showed it in the reception (Mr Rajesh Verma). He promptly changed my room.The new room was small in size. it did not have water leakage. But the room had no ventilation in design. bed and pillow covers were dirty. geyser was not working. Washroom was dirty. Flush was not working properly. AC was in working condition, but there was no remote, so you can't change the temperature. washroom had an opening, without a window. so lot of mosquitoes in the bathroom and hence in the bedroom. I somehow spent a night, though i was very uncomfortable because of mosquitoes and poor hygiene.The good side:The staff were polite. Mr Rajesh Verma(at the reception) was very helpful in terms of arranging a cab for me.The hotel has an AC restaurant as well. The restaurant serves a decent food.(Pls note that I paid approx the same price and got a very good hotel in Varanasi. Such a costly hotel in Ballia with extremely poor hygiene and poor room condition was not expected).

Hotel Singhaal - Ballia (Uttar Pradesh) Location - Convenient to Access Location. Infratructure - Decent Rooms, Bathroom cum washroom could be much better though. My room's mini fridge wasn't working. A/C was fine. Bed and linen was proper. Service - Need to work on service and improve. Attitude seemed casual and lazy. Tariff - Tariff seems a bit high, but will be justified if the service improves. Food - Food was more than decent. All in all, if you are looking to just stay overnight and leave, you can Go for it.

... Hotel Singhal is a good option to stay hotel staffs r very good food is delicious but the management of hotel shud oay attention to 2 areas.. 1. Water supply is muddy..I cudnt bath or use water for 2 days..was usin mineral for mouth was or so.. 2. On power cut you wont be gettin clue when the power ll be resuming.. SO THESE TWO BIG NEGATIVES MAKES SUCH A GOOD PROPERTY WORTHLESS

My stay has been horrible.. very bad experience..in stead of deluxe room we were given ordinary room,ac was not working,TV was not working,water absolutely horrible.. brown water flow in the bathrooms...such kind of service I have not seen.....

For a city like Ballia you can't find a better hotel cum restaurant with amazing taste superb location for connectivity its just what you all need. Staffs are very friendly and cooperative....Good luck to the hotelier and their staff.

I had booked a hotel for 2 days and later modified it for one day on 24 may. I am yet to receive my refund amount which was supposed to be credited by 3 June.
