Sri Kapileswara Residency

Rooms and bathrooms were very clean. Room service was partially good. They had kept only 1 towel for 3 people. We asked for extra towels and they gave us within 5mins. There is no hotel inside this residency. Just one CCD machine which does not work properly. The problem was when we asked them for coffee/tea. He did not serve even after half an hour. When I went down and checked with him at reception, he had completely ignore it since he had no milk in the machine and he had not yet cleaned it. I asked them again. He asked me to wait for 10mins. All in vain, He was still cleaning the machine. He could have told me that it will take lot of time to serve coffee/tea which he did not. He was not ready to speak also. I yelled at him and he did not even bother to react to it. I checked into the hotel at 9:30p.m. instead of morning 10a.m and next day I asked them to extend my stay for 3 hours for which the owner did not agree at all!!! Finally he was ok for extending half an hour.

Basic hygiene missing. Very poor service quality. And no toiletries provided by hotel. Car parking is at road side or need to park somewhere near to the hotel but not secure. I have booked two rooms in the hotel just because of location and car parking. Before going for tirumala Darshan we had given room keys at the reception and told them to clean the room however when we returned the rooms were as it was and cockroaches everywhere. Only after multiple request they cleaned the room and sprayed hit. I have asked them to change the used bedsheets in the morning but it was same as it was and only after lot of insistence they changed it. In any budgeted hotel across India basic toiletries like soap and shampoo provided by the hotel also normal water during checkin however these are all paid services by hotel. Hotel staff is also not professional and they cannot communicate in English or hindi. I don't think the hotel is value for money.

They dont stay on their words. We booked a room for three but they allocated small room sufficient for two. When we questioned them they said we dont have for now and allocate the same once we get those. We started chasing them for a big room and finally after lot many discussions they gave one big room sufficient for three. There is no responsible person to speak in this hotel. We should keep on remi lding them about our requirement. I can say rating will be zero but i dont have that option to give. Waste for money.

Rooms were clean, washrooms have 24 hrs hot water, lift available. In a good spot, diagonally opposite to kapileshwar temple, on the way to saptagiri check point(entrance to tirumala). Basement parking available but too small. No restaurants nearby, ordering food through the hotel takes longer time to get served. Staff have no clear idea on goibibo booking, so printout is necessary showing all charges are covered including taxes. Spent nearly an hour explaining to three people while checking out.
