Hotel denied my booking saying that it has over booking. I booked this hotel and paid full amount. I called the hotel to inform my late checkout. An automated system asked me to enter the PNR no. I entered and the system confirmed my booking. But when I arrived at the hotel the reception said no room. They provided me alternate room in different location far away. the hotel behavior is not acceptable. I was stranded with family in the mid night. Not good
