Service is not good and bad customer management skills. Cleanliness of bed , towel, and bed sheets are not good. Overall not satisfied with the service and customer handling skills of the employees. No coordination between hotel. Person at reception doesnt even know if there is a booking confirmed and had to call and check with some people. I would suggest not to be associated with hotel as this is my second experience in Bangalore.

blanket is very dirty , as I shared a pic , I cant use this blanket , room is very small and in the bathroom there is a slide window with can be open by any person from the corridor side ,so everytime u have a privacy concern in ur mind, ac remote is not working as I can't change the temperature only on-off button is working . overall very disappointing property . 1 good thing I found that is room service .

Good hotel, calm stay. All time hot water available. Tata Sky subscription on TV will all good channels. AC works well. Only thing is bathroom's are very small. Staff is good. Overall nice stay at the price I paid. Satisfied.

worst ever services AC not working no breakfast provided even after booking with breakfast washroom is so dirty and exhaust fans not working. unclean enviornment water was charged. Amenities quoted was completely false.

1 it was a horrible stay.. when i saw the room it was full of cigarette smoke smell not cleaned the bin no lock for bathrooms .. unable to sit there in the room and i immediately vacate the room within 30 mins time.

The place is good, accessible and near to almost every need, however the staff was unprofessional, they need to learn a lot when it comes to hospitality.

I reached hotel at 4am and hotel was closed..nobody picked up the call and no arrangement was made..i lost my money and book another hotel room

very unclean. dirty bed sheets.. cockroaches in the room. . unwashed sheets and pillow cover. towels were the dirtiest.
