The name is fancy but the place is pathetic. 1) I found bed bug in my bed. 2) The room was sticking With Cig smell 3) No TV available. it's only in Hotel pictures to fool you. 4) A/C has broken wings and the temperature is not visible on AC. 5) The basic amenity like water bottle is also chargeable of 20 Rs each. 6) No Toiletries available in the Hotel ( soap, Brush, paste). 7) No foot mat outside washroom. there is a chance that you might slip due to wet legs and door mat and fall off. The only reason people take this hotel ka cz it's near by to Bellandur IT park.😏 Never choosing this again 😓

the hotel staff was so arrogant,they don't even have some professionalism the atmosphere is chaotic, the booking was included with Breakfast and they denied and said they are not serving and refused to give a water bottle also. the room was worst everywhere we can see the dust,I asked them to change the room as it wasn't the same as it looked while booking.the washroom doesn't even had a bolt or lock and the flush...the bed was ridiculous and we slept on the floor due to heavy noise.how can somebody give a room like this..

Not provided any basic services. We need to be told multiple times for room cleaning. The bathroom was very dirty. If you said the same thing to the reception guy, he always has the same answer, My stuff is not listening to me, we have a lot of bookings so can't provide services. You can even find cockroach in your room. Ac was not working also. At least they have to provide basic services like cleaning, mattress change etc. We stayed here for 10 days because it was our compulsion. This hotel was near my office only.

The place has huge hygiene issues. The property has huge water issues. Sometimes they say water is being put into storage tank by tankers and when the storage tank is full the water doesn't come into toilet either due to plumbing issue or issue in their washbasin and flush. As mentioned at the time of booking, they didn't provide complimentary water. Their washing of linen is not hygenic as I got rashes and itches while using them. The lift and lobby areas seem to be not cleaned since very long.

1. staff is very rude and unresponsive ,2. service is very poor , 3.we changed our room thrice due to issues in room . 4. they don't follow townhouse standards.. 5.they will blame u only if something is wrong ,6. not a single star to be given .. if uu lyk unpleasant stay .. kindly visit this hotel..

it was a pleasent stay at the townhouse..its located within a walking distance from main road..rooms are well maintained and good..bathroom is neat..ac was working properly ..tv wasnt connected to dish and wasnt working..the manager was cooperative ..

Very poor experience. Had to pay 525 extra as asked by hotel people on top full payment. Also no hot water, no set top box for TV, no towel, no soap. Very rude staff if anything asked.

Such a nasty service and behaviour by the front end staffs. They say there is a change in management so staffs has been replaced. Had to cancel our booking with No Refund.
