Situated in a very convenient location, this hotel is just opposite the Golden Temple, and near to the langar khana gate. The surrounding was very beautiful. But the hotel is a bit congested, the stairs were really high which was difficult for the elderly people. Though they have good staff over there and the room was nice. Services were also good. We stayed there for a night and it was an average stay.

As per location this hotel was great. Golden Temple was nearby at a walkable distance. From the window of the room we could see the entrance gate. Though the services were not that good they provided us with a clean room and washroom. As we went there with our family, the hotel was safe and secure on that basis. Overall a good stay.

the hotel staff was very good in behavior and the services offered by them are good enough in that price..and the plus point is that it is very close to the "Gurudwara" and the railway station is also not far, just 1 km. away.. and the rooms were little bit small but clean enough..suitable if you wants to stay for one night...

We arrived near midnight and the room was not ready for occupation.We had to hang around the corrider.T...Horribly dusty! The blankets had not been changed.We spent the whole night without blankets and also without sleep.Checked out the first thing at daybreak!The reception clerk was quite pleasant.

Hotel person were very humble and as per them they gave their best... No complaint against hotel staff but hotel is so dirty with cockroaches, Lizards, Mosquitos as well Stinking Rooms. So i checked out from hotel at 11:00 P.m. Very Bad Room

The only thing good about the hotel is that it is very near to the gurudwara. The room size is extremely small, around 6'x8'. No space after the double bed. No almirah/racks to keep stuff. Not at all value for money..... Highly disappointed.

It was a so so experience...TV was not working there, AC was not working too..no cleaning...they even didn't change the bed sheet. Location was fine as at a walking distance from Golden Temple.

very bad experience they give us two room in top floor .hotel is without lift. my old parents face trable very bad experience i will never book this hotel again and not recommend to any one.

At the time of booking it shows Room Heater. But there is no room heater in room. I talk about the same at hotel, they says we don't have room heater in the whole hotel
