Rooms are good, clean, spacious, housekeeping does their job well. Now the food, it was the worst experience with food I have ever tasted, they were really bad, they were not fresh, have no taste and they use same gravy for many items, they don't have many items from the menu available, like Tandoori, etc., also they serve vending machine tea that's gross, their staff gets confused with the order many times, they added up another room's expences to our bill, If someone wants to stay just for the rooms that's okay but I would recommend to eat from other resturant, and I would like to recommend the hotel to work on the food, if we are paying a hefty amount for the stay and the food then you should serve atleast fresh and tasty food. Never ever staying in this resort again.

They have a strange and discriminatory policy for pool access where they allow people of certain communities based on perception that they always wear synthetic garments while others are denied access to the pool and forced to rent costumes even though the garment material is synthetic. The rule should be the same for all and not based on stereotypes to . Food choices were subpar with less variety of fish. There are not enough drink options for children. The breakfast buffet was missing bread for over 45 minutes. Even worse .. Patched up Jacuzzi wiring was dangerously dangling in the open watery bathroom floor which could cause a major fatality. Overall it's overpriced and dangerously neglected guest safety.

This hotel is good but it has pros and cons. First they don't provide kids friendly meals. I had a very tough time in feeding my child. Pros : 1. Very good location 2.Direct beach access 3. Great clean and well maintained rooms 4. Swimming pool has water slides which kids enjoy. Cons: 1. Overpriced. 2. No hair dryer in washroom. 3. No floor wiper is provided which is great reason to fall in the bathroom and room . 4. Food is average 5. No kids friendly meals provided 6. Poor drinking water providing service

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service . Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Complimentary breakfast has a wide range to offer.Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

the resort is good, but as it started raining water got into our rooms. there was no proper drainage system.the whole corridor and stairs were filled with water, and so was our room. we had children and adults with us which was quite inconvenient and dangerous for them. also while going to the beach, the area was filled with huge rocks which is not at all safe for people to cross and get to the sea shore. they must build a bridge over there.staff was good and helpful but the resort needs more work to improve.

It was my first time here.I went there with expectations but I was disappointed.Here is some reason. 1. We ordered something for enjoying with our drinks but even after 1 hour the food was not delivered to us. Then when we called supervisor then food came and that time our drinks were finished and fishes were cold. 2. They took 1000 rs for early check-in. These two things disappointed me.I will never visit this resort again rather I'll choose another good resort when I'm paying 5000+ rs.

pros. 1. beach side 2. swimming pool 3. selected rooms have 🛀 cons. 1. washrooms and towels are not properly cleaned 2. very limited items in complementary breakfast 3. rooms don't have phone to call reception or housekeeping 4. hospitality is little off the mark 5. Didn't notice any elevator service 6. much overpriced for the amenities provided 7. though the room in go ibibo had bathtub mentioned by the side, the room did not have any

the experience was avarage. staffs were not very welcoming. i had to ask 4 times a day just to get an extra pillow. same with water bottle. so we had to buy 5 litre water bottles from outside. bathroom fittings were broken. the main door lock was not very easy to operate. food was average as well and they can't customise food for kids. The security personal and manager was not proffessional. Only positive thing is the pool, specially for kids.

Property was ok.. Restaurant food tastes good. no live counter at breakfast and small place. Sometime refill of food took time due to rush time. Room are average as the property specially bathroom looks old with foul smell inspite of having exhaust fan.

experience was bad as they did not allow drinks outside the room in the lawn and charged rs 300 for the same per bottle. this is something new and bad as the resort is a private place for drinks and booze without any trouble.
