rude staff. they asked extra for late check-out because of their mistake only. ordered breakfast around 1125 am and they delivered at 1230. we just packed the food and left in hurry and then they asked for extra money which was completely unprofessional. no staff to carry luggage. only the guard was nice and the rest was worst. rooms have no ventilation. no exhaust fans in bathroom. foul smell from bathroom. first and last time in patna bihar. thanks for the hospitality. I also run a homestay and they asked me if I had stayed in a hotel before.. don't go by these positive reviews. they all are paid.

One of the worst hotels I've ever seen.The hotel is not only 4-5 km away from the city but also 1-2 km away from the highway.Room service is pathetic & you have to wait for a long time for any service to be completed.Tv wasn't working at the time of visit and it was started after 1 hour of complaint. When Asked for sports channel they couldn't provide it even after 2 days. The price of food was very high. Overall terrible experience

It's complete value for money. Though the location of hotel in not far away from railway station and airport but the services they offer like Pick and drop service. Awesome room service. Big size room. Neat and clean washroom. And sitting area.
