A nice beautiful property nestled in the valley with calm and peaceful surroundings. Manish (Manager) and Nitin (staff) took really good care of our stay arrangements and have a very welcoming and humble personality. Jerry is the adorable labrador on the property and can't ignore her cuteness in any way. There are couple of local easy treks around and the food at the property is just lip smacking (don't forget to brief the chef about your likings and preferences). We had the lunch and dinner included in our package and enjoyed every bit of it. Nearest attraction is Sattal where you can enjoy kayaking and other water sports. Don't miss the Cheena or Naini peak trek that's almost 24 km from the property beyond Nanital that is around 15 km or an hours drive. You would be mesmerized by the clouds all around and the overload of greenery. The property is quite tastefully made and has a corner for everyone's liking. Since the property is not new, it wouldn't be fair to compare it with swanky hotels but there is no compromise on comfort and hospitality. Note - There are a good amount of stairs to reach the various cottages. Not recommended for senior citizens and people with orthopedic ailments.

This is a wooden cottage style resort surrounded by dense forest, which is about 4.5 kms away from Bhimtal lake, but near the road to Sattal. If you don't have your own vehicle please avoid this place.. coz it's pretty difficult to reach there. Breakfast was served in a room with limited options (Paratha, Poha & sandwich, tea) & the same was repeated next day. Outside food is allowed & you can order from hotel room service or from only nearby Sun bird cafe which is at walking distance from this resort. Overall an average stay with family. There are no other facilities like no in-house restaurant / cafeteria, no child play area, no TV, no Wardrobe. Bedsheets were stained & the mattress was hard & not comfortable. The room service guy was polite & helpful.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. It was poorly maintained with no cleanliness whatsoever. The cost was too high considering the very limited amenities available. They seemed more focused on making money rather than providing satisfactory services. The food orders were not delivered on time, and the quantity provided was very minimal. Additionally, the Wi-Fi, which was advertised, did not work at all. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Had a pleasant stay among woods.... Service was excellent. Services were provided to us by Kamal. He was extremely humble and helped us way beyond what we normally expect in a 3/4 star hotel. He made sure that the stay was extremely comfortable. Dinner and Breakfast were served keeping in mind our schedule and the taste was good. Quantity was usually on a higher side.
