Taxi can't reach the hotel directly. One has to walk, which would be impossible with heavier luggage. No way (ramp) to drag a trolley suitcase up. Lift's display was flickering, and it was difficult to tell where it was. Rooms are not well kept, bathroom faucets were dripping. Towels were smelled. At best the room is ok for overnight stays. I thought Fern Residency was more upscale than this. Good for a quick overnight stay if needed, else not

The overall experience was very bad we booked 2 rooms and both rooms were smelly, not properly maintained, even ac was also not working. We have changed rooms twice. At last the room we got at 3pm at night washroom flush was broken and had a terrible experience. Would not recommend anyone to stay there.

It was a very pleasant stay at Fern Residency at Noida Sector 104, the staff is good and have proper sense of service. Location and restaurants are other plus points. I must recommend this to someone who are in search of a good and economical hotels at Noida..

Reception Staff was so helpful. EHK personally asked me about room condition which was a true customer service. I interacted with few housekeeping staff the team was so humble . Food was awesome with affordable price. I will come back for sure.

It was an decision to choose The Fern Residency for our stay at thr last moment. It was a perfect stay for us with great location and many hanging out places near the hotel. We will gighly recommend for others to stay.

IT IS GOOD FERN RESIDENCY.BUT NO MORE SNACK VARIETY FOR JAIN PEOPLE.LIGHTING ISSUE MORE AND FREQUENT SWITCHING POWER STAFF QUIET POLITE. CO-OPERATIVE.LIFT REQUIRED A MAINTENANCE AND BEAUTIFUL INTERIOR.TIME SYNC ISSUE.
