it was normal experience, the rate is same for direct booking with them or through ota, however they said they do not provide breakfast you book through ota. additionally they denied 1 hour early check in. because of that i checked in 10:30 pm and didn't even stay there for 12 hours.

Stone throwing distance from KEM hospital and Tata memorial hospital. Neat and clean rooms perfect for small families. Only downside is there’s no restaurant and room service available. Nobody in the reception at night after 10

i had a good stay at the majestic biotique hotel in parel. the location is very close to nearby hospitals, which was convenient. they also provided complimentary breakfast for two days. overall, it was a nice experience.

we have reached hotel at 1pm . but after that we have to wait for 1hrs 15 mints as room was not ready.
