1. The location was difficult to find, it's inside the huge gate and no sign board was kept outside. 2. The housekeeping person was not available and he lacked professionalism. 3. The room had glass doors with openings in the end which allowed the cold wind to enter the room. 4. No hot water to drink was provided when asked they said not available. 5. Parking space was sufficient. 6. The bathroom was okay. Hot water from the geyser was working all night.

There is no name board of this hostel even in a single place. Difficult to find this hostel. There is no locker facility to keep my luggage in the room. No mineral or drinking water inside this hostel. No restaurant in this hostel. Wifi facility is available. Water heater is available. Clean room and daily room service is available.

in valley vista, we were moved by owners to a diff room where very bad smell was coming from washroom and even after repeated requests, it wasnt cleaned. the tap water ran out while I was in bathroom for almost 30 mins

It is good for staying at Srinagar this is a budget hotel The hotel staff are cooperative but one little bit of a problem is no sign board came to this hotel. otherwise everything is ok.

Good cozy stay at valley vista located right at the centre of the town. Only one drawback is they haven't displayed sign board anywhere.
