To start with the positive sides I will mention the location and the swimming pool. They have a very well maintained and operated swimming pool which definitely make up your loss if you don't like sea- bathing. Right in front of this hotel you will find all the rides and water sports. The room size and the amenities are really good. However the food might be a concern if you are particular on your food. They only serve snacks and starters to room, for lunch or dinner you have to depend on their buffet menu as they don't offer a la carte in lunch and dinner. They need to strengthen their staffs. We had to carry our own luggage after waiting for 30 min while checking out as the staffs were busy with the coming guests. So if you can consider the buffet and the staff problems, you can choose this hotel.

I was given room #206 which was neat and clean but it had strong food smell as the restaurant was below the room. So we discussed with the manager who understand the issue and changed to room 202. It was a pleasant stay in this hotel and I would recommend the couples must visit. The pool was clean, I have enjoyed with my wife & son in the pool. Swimming costumes were available in rent which was ~105 per costume. I had to buy for my son as they don't have the costumes for kids. I was expecting more varieties on the food which was missing but they were good and will not create any digestion problem as it's less oily.

After doing a lots of research, I booked this resort but my experience was somewhere in between bad to average. The location is good and we got sea facing room. But, the room servise was poor and the location is a bit in remote. There was no any way to lower your AC temperature inside the room though it was a split AC. Quality of food was also average. Overall, it wasn't worth the price.

Too pricey for whatever they provide. WiFi doesn't reach the rooms. So 'work from hotel' guys, beware. Rooms haven't got sufficient furniture for hanging stuff. I've seen smaller hotels at lesser price provide complimentary things like more water bottles. Overall, I won't recommend this hotel as there are better hotels in Mandarmani for lesser price and better facilities.

While I had to wait for 45 mins for checkin as the rooms were not ready. Surprisingly it was mentioned in their reception area that if were late in doing check out they are going to charge Rs 500 for every one hour delay. Apart from the above it was a pleasant experience. The service staffs were very coperative.

Pool is the main attraction. The green lawn on the sea side is also very nice and well kept. Food is tasty and the breakfast also has pretty good variety. But sea is quite distant even from the sea-facing rooms. And the rooms are big enough but not as well kept as expected in a Rs. 6000+ hotel

the worst part is not a single staff of the resort wears mask.most of the travellers are also very reluctant to use mask.best part is toilet of sea facing room has fan inside.kitchen is very good and they served very tasty food.staffs are good and helpful but dont wear mask

Rooms are very spacious...Near beach...nice pool, play garden and food... Buffet might be compulsory during weekends from breakfast to dinner which was a surprise and no other good food options nearby...Nice Staffs... Recommended for families..
