i recently stayed at the grand stay inn and had a moderately satisfying experience. the hotel has potential but falls short in certain areas. pros: • the location is convenient, with easy access to local attractions and public transport. • the room was clean and decently sized, with basic amenities like a comfortable bed. • the staff was polite and responsive, particularly during check-in and check-out. cons: • the property could use some maintenance—there were minor issues like tv and wifi was not working properly. • there was no facility of room heater. overall, it was a reasonable stay for the price, but a few improvements could make the experience much better. if you’re looking for a budget-friendly option and can overlook some minor inconveniences, it’s a decent choice. rating: ⭐⭐⭐/5 dr. sonu sharma aiims rishikesh

No telephone connection, the electric key card, TV was not working for both rooms, slippery stairs, dirty rooms, electric water boiler have Maggie inside as it was used by someone, water bottle was also very dirty. narrow ways to reach the hotel. I wish I could give a negative Star. in the name of forest view they give room in Front of parking. I planned to stay for 3 days but came out next day. stay on 20th Jun with my parents

There was a smell in the room, which i highlighted on the reception, but they replied very rudely, as attached in the picture, due to moisture there was mold on the wooden tv unit which was causing the bad smell. Also, we got disturbed due to people dancing in their room the whole night, but the hotel management didn't do anything to stop that.

Bad.. very very bad experience. No amenities were available- No towel in bathroom, no toothpaste, no comb, no dryer etc.. null of the amenities available at the hotel. For each and everything they said sorry. Really felt Dharamshala is much better than this hotel. I never ever had such a worst experience .

very comfy...wonderful stay.. cooperative and humble staff.. especially Aman sir and Narinder Singh ...rooms were neat and clean..was an unforgettable experience..... location is excellent.. dining options were also fantastic..I highly recommend this hotel to stay at mussoorie....

hygiene maintained at high level...cooperative staff but no convience from hotel to your destination..no cabs ....no ola uber...so you must have mo no of any local taxi....very nice stay...pleasant environment

Housekeeping is average you ask him to provide toiletries. Wifi is not working properly. The location is good near the mall road it will be around 800 meter
