Be Careful – Hidden Charges, Poor Management, and Safety ConcernsWe had a highly disappointing experience at RoomCity Pride. First, there were hidden charges we were not informed about during the booking. Despite paying the full booking amount, we were forced to pay an additional per night as some so-called "local tax" that hotels in Mahipalpur allegedly charge.We had booked a Triple Deluxe Room with Double Beds, but we were given a Double Sharing Room with a Single Bed instead. We only realized this later, as we had multiple bookings across North India and initially didn’t cross-check.Adding to the frustration, there was no key for our room, as the owner claimed he had lost it. This meant we had to leave our luggage in the room with the door wide open. While there was a CCTV camera in the corridor, it didn’t make us feel any safer. It’s never a good experience knowing that your hotel door is open and anyone can enter.The hotel owner was extremely rude and acted like a bully, refusing to resolve any of our concerns.Advice: Avoid this hotel at all costs. The service is poor, safety is compromised, and the hidden charges make the experience even worse.

Very neat and clean rooms..I was staying here from last few days…they were very friendly to me…staffs and hotel manager was very helpful…surely book this hotel again next time..whenever came back to Delhi

they charged extra 500 rupees which was not indicative while booking but was mentioned in booking voucher. which i think was not good. all the charges should be clearly shown to the customer while booking.

the hotel is very comfortable and modern. all amenities are world class. really enjoy staying here each time. the staff were very friendly and accommodating my request if early check in.
