Hotel was near to a beach (not sure about Beach name, its near to Taj exotica Resort) which is silent and very beautiful. Varca beach is also nearby to this Villa. Our stay was comfortable and caretaker (Santosh) of this property was very helpful. Even we got the chance to interact with the owner of this property and he gave us some valuable suggestions regarding the nearby places to visit and trips which we can take. It would be helpful for guests (who will come in near future) if owner can print these details on a brochure as it will help people to decide and plan about their trips and who are not able to meet him and miss that useful information. Only limitation about this location is that there are just one or two options of getting scooty and other conveyance (if you try on your own) But as I said Santosh can help to arrange these things for you which can save your time and efforts. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this hotel and would definitely recommend it to other users and also to my friends and relatives.

It is around 3 km from main Benaulim beach and approx 1.5 km from other part of Benaulim beach.. Landmark to reach here are Joecons Beach resort, Cavatina Restaurant and Near Hotel Taj Benaulim. Appartment owner Mr Rebelo was very helpful in nature and Informed me famous places through WhatsApp. All in all Gud place to stay.

Very Neat and clean All amneties equipped Proximity to varca and benualim beach. Care taker Ashish Dubey is very humble and helpful. Music system to play song. First aid kit. Upto date architecture. A big balcony In short value to money. I recommend this appartment for the other fellow travellers.

Place is neat and clean. Owner gives you their own kitchen to use that is a good thing. But what we felt us at night you feel a bit strange there. The care taker doesn't stay at villa during night time. Being new to the place we felt a bit strange. At this price its a good deal though.

I had a very wonderful experience at Rosvilla. Place is very close to Benaulim Beach. The room was clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Madgao.

I really like the room. Locality was good and beach was on a walk able distance from the property. Staff was helpful enough. Food facility was not there, but if you want anything they will arrange from outside. Services were decent and overall stay was pretty good.

Nice guest house in budget. All the amenities are available. peaceful area, good place for family. The kitchen and lobby is also available (sharing). point to be noted: to reach this place you should have your own vehicle. located 3km away from Maria hall.

A very good experience! very friendly behaviour by caretaker Mahesh. Cooking can be done. there's a lack of vehicle accessibility to the area, but incase if u have rented any two wheeler or so..it's a perfect place to stay. thank you.

great experience at this place..u can use their kitchen which has all the essentials including fridge, gas, oven, electric kettle, water filter etc. u can also use their living room..place is near to benaulim beach and varca beach

it was a peaceful stay with all basic amenities. checkin and checkout was smooth and the owner was gentle and kind to share all needed info before checkin. Definately recommended.
