Hotel Royal Akshayam

We arrived late at night at about 10.15 pm at the hotel (Royal Akshayam, Jaipur). The hotel has provided us a suite room, however, the room was not cleaned including the toilet. Hot water facility was not available in Room No. 207. After several requests, the hotel has arranged for hot water from other rooms. We were not informed about these aspects earlier by the Hotel Management.We requested for an alternate room, however, we were not provided with any alternate room. The toilet was cleaned with acid during midnight and acid fumes/ foul smell spread across the room for quite some time. Hotel staff response was very poor. All the Plug points except one were not operative. In spite of repeated requests we were not offered TV Remote till last moment. Very bad experience. Not expected such treatment in a big city like Jaipur. Overall very poor housekeeping and bad management response.There is no restaurant and food is being served in respective rooms.

worst hotel experience of my life .powercut ac not working and bedsheet were stained and they charge us for that no water till you asked them to provide i have visiting this property becouse of good relationship with previous owners and nice room size but no use when you pay for ac room and there is not even fan that becouse there is electricity and i wanted to complain about it but they even charge for already dirty stained bedsheet.in my last i hope that they will improve maybe we did make it dirty but it was not brand new already stained that we have used even there were stains on mattress.as a couple we felt ashamed to pay for something that was already not very clean and thats very embracing for us .no water till you asked for it.

I have been to this hotel 2-3 times Never got satisfied 1. Room: Bad smell broken shower untidy bedsheets/Pillow Dirty Floor 2. Food: They make Honey chilly patato and Pasta in the same gravy. LOL WORST food most of the dishes in menu are not available. Ice cube box had dirty particles in it Service: The evening Receptionist never has a smile on his face, seems he is forced to do this job. only the gate guard will treat you in an amazing manner, he is so welcoming. else, every other staff is hell to talk. please book other hotels instead, this will give the worst experience. rooms were not cleaned no water, no glasses, tv not working, towels not provided. jet was made with an empty sachet of colgate. breakfast was provided with half and then it was finally after waiting for 1 hour we have to checkout by not saying any words and get our luggage in cars by ourself as they service was not provided. we were with families and i have paid them otherwise I would have checkout. zero hospitality.
