Its pathetic even local Dharamshala is more better than this. Parking - There is no hotel parking you have to park your vehicle on congested road which is quite unsafe. Clinliness - It's quite below the standard expected by low budgets hotel. Food - Quite below then expected by a hotel. Even local Dhaba's serve you 10 times better food. It seems there is no professional cook/chef always reception guy enter the kitchen alongwith one guy who later come to serve food. Professionalism - Zero professionalism it seems they pick their staff from labour chowk who don't know how to deal with client. Phone inside the room is not working & when I told their manager he asked to connect them with mobile phone only. There is no cable connection at all. Washroom is too narrow that a healthy person cannot use it. Very bas experience with this property.
