the room was pathetic with mould every where with no proper water supply n sheets not changed. when asked for refund denied it. Every thing basic needs where pathetic the electric supply also not good

With mixed online reviews I was not unsure about its quality but I am happy that I selected this for my stay. One can choose this for their stay hereThe Royal Mini Resort is a good place to stay. I stayed here with my family for two days and my stay was pleasant.The Non-AC rooms are not that good but the Deluxe and Executive rooms are good.The food prices are average but the quality is good.The staffs were very polite and active.You don't get much options to eat nearby you'll have to travel 2-3 ...more

Very disappointed with the rooms and services of the so called resort. it's small lodge , condition of the non AC rooms is pathetic. You will find spiders and insects on the bed. they only offer a single Paratha if you opt for room with breakfast option. anything extra is chargeable. They are fooling people with the name 'Mini Resort' , there is nothing like a resort in this property.

Not worth it according to price. We cannot call it a deluxe room. The breakfast table and plates were not cleaned properly. Location was not up to the mark and poor roads for Resort connectivity. Room photos shared were deceiving as they shared photos of bunglow only, cottage photos were not provided. In short, it was more like chawl than a resort.

I was booked the hotel on the view of pics but the hotel is not like that . pics were edited and nothing is like that. they gave us room and forget everything. very small swimming pool. I paid for breakfast in booking but didn't get any breakfast money wasted. check out they said we are sorry we didn't provide anything but you will get refund for breakfast but I didn't get anything false commitments by hotel they make us fool to get new booking I will never book that hotel again. worst experience not enjoyed anything

The location is difficult to reach coz road is very small & mobile network is zero, but when we reach on location the hotel was good, we stay in super Deluxe room, room was clean, helpful staff, lawn & fountain is beautiful for photos. Even we saw hotel is coming up with swimming pool. Next time we definitely come with group

My overall stay was amazing only the very breakfast was out of stock but they managed & arranged the breakfast within 45 mins.The accommodation was well cleaned and maintained. Decent staffs and they were very responsive in their services. Car parking was also there and it was 5 mins drive from Mahabaleshwar town.

stay was good, staffs are helping and supportive. calm place. good view and good internet connectivity via wifi. Only food was problem. while ordering kindly be specific by how u want dish to be and guide /ask cook on that or it will not be up to mark. peaceful location, nice view, safety

All was good in this resort from hospitality to services. The accommodation was well maintained. Food quality was not so great. Car parking & swimming pool facility was there. The locality was nice however it is located bit far from the Mahabaleshwar town.

A new property, peaceful stay,nice staff, swimming pool to start with in 15 days,500 mtrs in side main road, but if u have your own vehicle then best place to enjoy & stay, nice greenery
