worst experience i ever have, worst room, and staff will try to take advantage your money. they do miscommunication with customer and charge extra to gain money. they don't even care if have any emergency situation. worst room service not water was in room and for such small room trying to charge + GST. please never go in this hotel. worst experience ever.

No ventilation in room, No window, no ac working , no towels to even freshen up, bathroom flush not working, gyser was leaking and we had to use staff washroom in corridoor . It was like staying in a dorm.
