Royal Rosette @ Near New Delhi Railway Station

It did not meet customer expectations. My overall stay was deeply disappointing. The room service team was the worst I’ve ever encountered when I asked for assistance, the service staff responded in an extremely irresponsible and dismissive manner. They didn't listen to my needs or concerns and seemed more interested in getting away quickly rather than providing any real service. For example, I requested breakfast for 3 provided 2, and after waiting for hours, I was given just one despite needing more. The hot water wasn't actually hot, and there were constant leaks and water flow is low in the bathroom, which only added to the frustration. The room itself was tiny, making the stay uncomfortable and far from the relaxing environment I had hoped for.When it came to food not up to mark, they brought it from outside not up to the standard you’d expect from a hotel. The Wi-Fi was another issue it was unreliable and slow, making it difficult to stay connected. To top it off, the cost was outrageously high for the poor quality and service provided.The only advantage of this hotel is its proximity to Delhi Railway Station, but that’s not enough to make up for the many shortcomings. The management urgently needs to address the lack of professionalism and care, particularly in their service and housekeeping. With more attention to customer satisfaction and a genuine effort to improve, this hotel could live up to its reviews and become a place where guests can truly feel valued.

The overall stay was superb. The Hotel was very near to the New Delhi railway station (3-4 minutes walking distance). Though the room was small but it was very well maintained & comfortable. The behaviour of the staff was also very friendly.

did not like the accomodation. it was not the price we were paying. there was no geyser. they claim it to be centrally heated but it was just slight warm. also the rooms were very small. overall it was not a pleasant experience.

Average stay. good for one night. walking distance from New Delhi railway station. Rooms look bigger in pics but are actually not big but small. Hotel is ok but better than other nearby hotels.
