Have a wonderful time at this hotel. Reception: Amazing, very helpful people. Room: Room was very clean and maintained. Room Service: Very good and fast. Breakfast: Complimentary breakfast was good has 3-4 option to choose from. Language: Hotel people were very nice, they tried to understand our Hindi, although I tried to communicate in English only after sometimes. Location: Near Alleppey beach, we took auto to reach alleppey beach and for shikara, all points were close (max 5 mins by auto) They also arranged taxi for our next destination and that too in less price than other taxis were asking in market. I'll definitely visit this again if come alleppey next time. Recommend 10/10

Stay was excellent. Got more than I expected. Nothing better could be provided than this. Excellent service and staff behaviour. First suit room saw in last few years having two bathrooms in the suit room I opted for. Must select the hotel if budget permits. Staff service and politeness in behaviour at all stages starting from reception till check out. Only thing would recommend is Buffett service in breakfast than a la Carte.

I was second time in allepy and by looking reviews I choose to go with this hotel and I didn’t regret for this. The hotel is very nice check in smooth, reception guys are very cooperative. Room is nice. My family enjoy egg biryani and other food. I am very happy. Nice work keep doing.

no photos. it was excellent. staffs are polite, knowledgeable and very helpful. the place is in centre of the town. no idea about restaurant as i had only coffee and tea and that was good. vazhgavalamudan.
